Olivia is a Director in the Executive and Professional Development Program at the National Security College, Australian National University. She has a decade of experience in national security and foreign policy roles in the Australian Government. Olivia has been a visiting scholar at the United States Senate and the Lowy Institute. In 2019 she was a Fulbright Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies where her research focused on the ethics of artificial intelligence in national security. She subsequently worked in data and AI governance and strategy in the Department of Home Affairs. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University.
