The Nazi in Your Feed: Regulating Social Media and Hate Speech

This piece outlines current popular debates regarding the regulation of hate speech on social media. It argues that regulation of social media in the US is highly unlikely, but outlines the effectiveness of regulatory approaches in Europe, and the potential for regulation in emerging markets such as Thailand, India and Indonesia.
