Advanced Topics on Artificial Intelligence

In semester 2, Alban Grastien and Atoosa Kasirzadeh are teaching a course entitled "Advanced Topics on Artificial Intelligence" in the Research School of Computer Science at the ANU. This course presents some of the techniques developed in AI for decision making under uncertainty. The course also introduces the variety of moral and sociological implications of these decisions. The aim of the course is to give students a good understanding of how to deal with decision making under uncertainty, as well as how to diagnose and mitigate the moral and political consequences of such techniques.
